A projekt c\u00e9lja: el\u0151tanulm\u00e1nyok v\u00e9gz\u00e9se arra ir\u00e1nyul\u00f3an, hogy hogyan lehet egyetlen be\u00e9p\u00edtett rezg\u00e9sm\u00e9r\u0151vel, \u00e9s a nyert rezg\u00e9si adatok okos ki\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s\u00e9vel a rendelleness\u00e9geket felismerni, \u00e9s a meghib\u00e1sod\u00e1st id\u0151ben el\u0151re jelezni. A projekt mag\u00e1ban foglal ventil\u00e1tor-k\u00eds\u00e9rleteket, a rezg\u00e9sm\u00e9r\u0151 telep\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1t, \u00e9s a rezg\u00e9sm\u00e9r\u00e9si adatok feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1t. Az adatfeldolgoz\u00e1s \u00e9p\u00edt az AI kreat\u00edv m\u00e9rn\u00f6ki alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1ra, \u00e9s betekint\u00e9st ad a g\u00e9pi tanul\u00e1s (Machine Learning) vil\u00e1g\u00e1ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operational safety and reliability of fans and the gas technical systems served by them can be significantly improved by means of detecting developing anomalies \u2013 such as excessive impeller imbalance due to fouling \u2013 and even predicting consequential catastrophic failures, like blade breakage. Timely maintenance, repair, and cleaning prevent equipment breakdown and avoid associated losses, such as production downtime and total equipment replacement costs. The objective of the project is to conduct preliminary studies on how to detect anomalies and predict failures in a timely manner using a single in-built vibration sensor combined with smart evaluation of the acquired vibration data. The project involves fan experiments, the installation and application of the vibration sensor, and the processing of vibration measurement data.
